hi i was going to get elite sunspear armour on my necromancer but when i gone to command post the guy who makes the armour wasnt there is it coz my necro is from proffersies or is they a glich can somone tell me

You need to complete the quests "Building the Base" before the NPCs appear.

There are 3 quests, you get them all from Dunkoro in the Command Post:

Each adds a different set of NPCs, I forget which quest adds the elite armor crafter.

The trader does not appear until you complete one of the quests from Lonai, i believe its Building the Base:Prisoners of War.

You can also just get someone who's completed the quests to take you into the command post and map out. No need to complete the quests yourself. There's usually someone around willing to do it.
